Who are the coaches? 

Carly Lawton and Andy Gibson will run the holiday program under the RELEASE SPORTS business which is owned by Andy. Cobham is the location but doesn't hold any responsibility for the program.

What is the programme all about?

This Holiday programme goes for three days during the first week of the school holidays. We will teach students practical and theoretical sporting knowledge through the delivery of classroom sessions and game based activities.

Who is it for?

All kids who are interested in sport and want to learn more about the sporting world. These can be kids who are excelling in sport or who are enthusiastic about sport and enjoy giving things a go.

Year 4,5,6,7, and 8 students are welcome from any school.

What will we be doing?

We will be learning three new sports from around the world, looking at nutrition and even design our own lunch on the last day, stretching, sports psychology, sports science session, leadership skills, and Music in Sport.

What to bring?

-Wear gear to run around in

-Water Bottle

-Sweatshirt

-Snack food e.g. Fruit, Muesli Bar

-Pen and pencil

Cost

$150 which includes free lunch. Subway for two days and a created lunch on Friday based on the knowledge gained in the nutrition learnings.
