Looking for a fun way to be involved in your intermediate school? The PTA @Cobham is looking for a Secretary to join its small and very active group of volunteer parents, staff and community members.

Interested?  As our Secretary, you will work closely with the Chairperson, committee, and integral school staff members.  

This is a great opportunity for someone with outstanding note-taking and organisational skills!

Tasks include taking the minutes at the PTA's monthly meetings (no meetings are held in January or school term holidays.), liaising with the Chairperson regarding meeting agendas and minutes, the Treasurer regarding the PTA's accounts, key school staff regarding PTA activities within the school, key committee members regarding monthly reporting, monitoring incoming emails and mail to the PTA, and keeping our contacts list up to date.
