Message from the Cobham Board of Trustees

Four weeks into a hot term 1, it's my pleasure to extend an equally warm welcome to all new members of the Cobham community.  And for those returning for year 8, hello again - it's great to have you all back.

We never take for granted the fact that many of you select the option to attend Cobham.  Our school continues to spread its reach of connected learning to what is the largest roll is 8 years. Our class numbers and resources have expanded in 2019 to reflect this and we look forward to sharing the ‘Cobham Effect’ with every one of you.

This year, the Board of Trustees election will take place in June. Information and guidance is contained in this weeks school newsletter.  Please feel free to reach out to Eddie, myself or any of the staff or board if we can answer any questions or give insight into what’s involved. The NZSTA have some excellent preparatory resources on offer on their website www.nzsta.org.nz however, sometimes a friendly chat is the best way of connecting with the idea of becoming a school trustee.
