Many congratulations to Lara Seaton (Year 12), who has been awarded a scholarship from the Goethe-Institut to travel to Germany in January 2020.

Lara will be heading to Frankfurt to take part in an international 'Jugendkurs' (Youth Course) along with other young German learners from all over the world. This exciting, full-immersion opportunity will enable Lara to extend her skills in speaking and writing the German language, as well as giving her invaluable insights into German culture. 

Also in Germany at the same time will be classmates Allison LeBuffe and Ella Calder, who are taking part in the annual German exchange to Nordrhein-Westfalen - they may even be able to meet together during their stay! 

We wish them all well for their amazing trips to Germany.
