Hooowzaaaat!

Miss Turnbull —

Future of Cricket is looking bright for a few of our multi- talented student athletes.

Three members of the Columba College cricket first eleven, Harriett Cuttance, Angelique Peyroux and Emily Brosnahan, have been selected in the initial Otago Cricket Pathways programme. This programme is designed to support identified cricketers towards playing first class cricket and having cricket as a career option.

The group of ten girls will receive mentoring, high level coaching and a holistic support package from Otago Cricket that will enable them to further develop themselves as cricketers.

Not only do they play cricket, Harriet is taking off to Nelson this weekend as part of the Senior A Netball team attending the South Island Championships. Alongside both Emily and Angelique whom will play at the Federation Cup for the First XI Hockey side in Auckland. Well done girls!
