I thought seeing as we may all go a little stir crazy with cabin fever over the next 4 weeks, I would share some home workout programs each week for those whom want to keep fit and healthy over this isolation period. It is completely optional and you are in no way obliged to get involved but if you are like me and love to be active then having all sport suspended makes me want to do some form of exercise.

For added incentive there will be prizes up for grabs and featured instagram shout outs. Everyday I will create different students workout videos and post them up on the Columba College Instagram. Whether you are doing the ones set weekly or your own made up one, please send it in because these can then be followed by others. We need to all rally together and have each other’s backs in order to help motivate and conquer physical activity during these unknown times. 

Toilet Paper Keep Ups - Challenge Accepted??
Not everything will be exercise, I am also planning to set small tasks for everyone to try at home while on lock-down. Our first one of these has been set and the winner will be announced on Monday so you still have the weekend to send through your attempts, for a chance to be in to win. Make sure you are following Columba College on Instagram to keep up to date and stay tuned for more excitement. Also if you have any fun challenges to try please send these through or tag us so we can keep the fun moving!!
