Shelby offered to bake a cake this week for the year 11 French class.

Her recipe of choice from our French cookbook was a Biscuit de Savoie. Despite the word "biscuit" this cake is more like a lemon sponge. Shelby's was beautifully fluffy and delicious. Bravo !
