Is your child's information correct and up to date?

Thank you to all caregivers who have completed the Student Health details form.

We are still finding a number of cases where our medical information is not up to date. If we do not have full and correct information, it can have potentially harmful consequences for your child in the case of an emergency or crisis. We also use the information you provide to ensure that we are offering optimal pastoral care.
