The Chinese-Dragon Boat Festival- duānwǔ jié端午节 is a traditional holiday originated in China.
This festival occurs on the 5th day of the 5th month on the Chinese lunar calendar (25th June in 2020). To celebrate the Chinese-Dragon Boat Festival at Columba College, Year 3-13 students enjoyed a hadduānwǔ jié workshop to do quizzes and collaboration activities in class. They also made “Paper DragonBoat” and Paper Sticky Rice Dumplings. A great way to end the term!
