Elgregoe Poetry Competition Winner
Charlotte Hussey, Year 4, submitted a successful anti-bullying poem into Elgregoe's poetry competition this year. She was awarded a prize for her amazing efforts, winning a Mega Magic box full of wonderful magic tricks for her to enjoy!
Charlotte's poem is below.
Don't be a bully!
Don't be a bully, be a friend instead,
It's really not cool to fill someone else with dread.
Have a big heart, Lend a helping hand.
If you see a bully, find a teacher and make a stand.
Encourage others to do the same,
And if you're bullying, well that's a shame.
Try your hardest to be supportive and kind,
Never empty someone's bucket
Then a new friend you will find.
Congratulations, Charlotte on this amazing effort and enjoy those magic tricks!
