As part of the Keeping Ourselves Safe programme, we are learning to look after ourselves and others. We were challenged to look after an egg for a week.

The Keeping Ourselves Safe programme teaches us to look after ourselves and others.

This week, our class was challenged to take responsibility for an egg. They had to care for it at all times and even find someone to egg sit if they couldn’t be there. Many students created a bed for their egg and some even created characters and worlds for their eggs to live in. Sadly, some of us had to come to terms with loss and disappointment or help others through this.

This was an egg-citing challenge and we all had an egg-ceptional week. I think many of the class have a new appreciation for their parents.
