Columba had a large number of students taking part in the annual 3x3 Basketball Youthtown Quest Tour; we were certainly the best-represented school and are extremely proud of your efforts.

The 3x3 Youthtown Quest Tour looked a little different this year. Traditionally being held in the city centre octagon, due to number restrictions for spectators in our current climate. Instead, 41 teams took to the Edgar Centre on Sunday 20th February to compete in the annual competition.

Columba College Students who competed:

• Hawks - Ryan Dailey + 3 Friends
• Hot Shotz - Alexa Duff and Charli Sinclair combined with 2 Otago Girls' Students 
• Beach Babes - Shanti Kara, Kiana Brown, Lucy Morrison and Millie MacKenzie

The U17 Female category saw the Hawks with Coumba College's Year 11 Student, Ryan Dailey, reign over the rest with a 14-12 win against an all-Columba College Beach Babes Team in the final. They turned in an undefeated record to boot.

Well done to everyone who took part under the current circumstances, you represented yourselves, your families and our school with GRACE and we are very proud of you.
