A very special netball exchange with Kaikorai Primary School on Tuesday afternoon in the Columba College Gymnasium was a wonderful initiative to end the season on a high for the Year 1/2 and Year 3/4 netball teams!

Organised by one of our Junior School parents, the Columba Year 1/2 and Year 3/4 netball teams were given a fantastic opportunity to finish the winter season with a fun netball exchange against Kaikorai Primary School. Both teams had only played a couple of games to begin the already shortened season, before Alert Level 2 sprung into action again and caused the competition to come to a grinding halt.

The gym was abuzz with excitement and positive energy as our young players took to the court and gave it their all in this fun exchange. The smiles seen across the faces of both players and parent supporters made this exchange a truly special occasion, and one that could easily become a regular fixture in the School's Sporting Calendar.

A big thank you goes to Vanessa Wilson for organising this exchange and for her positive contribution to the Columba Netball Programme this year, and to all our young players who made the most of this special occasion. Well done everyone!
