Last Thursday lunchtime, a variety of Columba’s clubs and committees were on show in the hall for students to sign up to.

This included the Community Committee, International Committee, Chapel Committee, Academic Committee, Debating, Middle School Book Club, LGBTQ+, Zonta, School Council, MPIRE, Tikaka Committee, Kapa Haka, Arts Committee, Choir, Theatre Sports, Scribble Society, Sheilah Winn Shakespeare Competition, Orchestra, Photography Club, and Chess Club. 

The leaders of each respective club/committee set up a stall to inform students about what each group has to offer. The hall was packed with students from Years 7-13 which meant that every club and committee had so many new sign-ups. The crowd favourite was Kapa Haka with over 80 new sign-ups! 

It was great to see so many students eager to get involved in the variety of opportunities Columba has to offer.
