In general, teaching staff are not expected to respond to emails after 5pm. However, the expectation is that they will respond within 48 hours of receiving an email/call when the school is open for instruction. Emails received in holidays or weekends will be responded to when the school is open for instruction.

The same expectations apply to boarding staff with the exception that the expectations would apply from the start of a shift.
