Our new school traffic safety team in training

On Tuesday Constable Jeanette Parcell spent time training our new school traffic safety team members. Girls from Years 7 and 8 spent time learning how to carry and manoeuvre signs, make themselves heard to students waiting to cross  and how to manage the students crossing.

We still have another day of training for students who were not able to attend on Tuesday and intend to have the school traffic safety teams manning the crossing by Monday 2 September.
