Six Feet Under, the Columba College Hip Hop crew, recently travelled to beautiful Queenstown to compete at the NZCAF National Hip Hop competition.

On behalf of team members: Sophie Baron, Grace Macbeth, Pamela Han, Bella Han Annabel Kelly and coach Eloise Lancaster, I think I can honestly say it was an amazing experience to compete for the first time representing Columba on a national stage and being able to be recognised on a national level. 

Sadly, this was Pamela and Bella's last season with our group as they will be graduating at the end of the year. The group would like to thank them for their incredible dedication and contribution they have graciously given the crew for the past 2 years! 

We would also love to thank Eloise (our outstanding coach), Tania Baron (Sophie's Mum - who very patiently drove us to the venue and acted as our chaperone.) Ms Riethmaier (for stepping in as our TIC at very last minute) and also to Mrs Hope and Ms McKnight (who have been two of our biggest supporters this year and for helping us organise the trip to Queenstown). We couldn't have gotten as far as we did without the help of these fabulous people! 

It has been a huge achievement for our group to be able to reach this far in this year's competitive dance season and we look forward to competing again next year!
