Jeila reaches heights!

Recently, Year 8 student Jeila and her dance partner, Ruby, from Tahuna Intermediate, travelled to Obidas, Portugal to represent New Zealand in the duo category of the World Hip Hop Championships. A hotly contested semi-final category saw these two young athletes place 10th in the World for their high-energy dance. This is a tremendous achievement, made all the more remarkable for these girls being only Year 8! We look forward to Ruby joining Columba in 2024 as a Year 9 student!
