School starts at 8.40am and finishes at 3.00pm.

It is important that the children do not arrive at school before 8.15am by which time the teachers will be in their rooms and road patrol will be in place. 

At the end of the day the children are brought to the Oban Street gate by their teacher to be collected. Parents are encouraged to wait at the gate for their child. Due to parking concerns we have implemented this process to alleviate any issues with picking your child up from school. If your child is not collected by 3.15pm they will be sent to after school care. 

Please remember that some parking in Oban Street and parts of Tyne Street are only 5 minute parks. 

Please note that children will not be excused from their classroom programme to attend extra-curricular events before the end of the school day.
