On Tuesday 19 September at 1.00pm the Junior School pupils rang bells to welcome the first albatross to arrive back this season. 

The first albatross to arrive was Yellow White Orange (YWO), who hatched in 1987 and first returned to Pukekura/Taiaroa Head in 1992 at the age of 5.
