Secret Santa Crackers, German ginger cookies, German movies, laughter and fun.

In our last week of German, we fully immersed ourselves in some great German movies and celebrated some German Christmas traditions. Most of the the Year 10 German students have chosen to continue with the language and will have the great opportunity in two years to experience a REAL German Christmas with the German exchange program. 

The Year 9 students finished sweetly and with lots of fun, unpacking a well-wrapped bar of chocolate with a fork and knife and dressed up for the German winter, a game often played at German birthday parties but which can be easily adapted to a New Zealand Christmas festivity.
