The Columba Young Enterprise team was given the opportunity to send one of their members to the International Women in Leadership Luncheon. As the Managing Director I was chosen to go.

It was an inspiring event with speakers such as Rasha Abu-Safieh, who was named one of Time magazine's next-generation leaders in 2018, followed by Melissa Jenner, a woman who has led teams in major worldwide corporations, and Giselle McLachlan who advises businesses and encourages leadership and courage.

There were many other lovely and inspirational women there from all around Dunedin and the event was a great way to meet them, hear their stories and leave the event with a sense of empowerment as a woman and as a young leader.
