The Junior School were fortunate to have the Jump Jam Creator, Brett Fairweather, visit this week. He shared his talents and got us all moving and having fun through fitness. We loved it!

After the Junior School had been warmed up and exhausted, the ‘Columba Crew’ (our Year 5-6 Jump Jam competition team) participated in a workshop with other Otago schools. 

Brett taught them the important points and skills needed in a competition. The children learnt about how important posture and clarity of moves will be. 

We look forward to taking his knowledge and expertise and putting it in place while we continue to rehearse our routine over the next two months. He certainly helped us with new tips and advice!
