GETTING SCHOOL READY WITH BUSES

RETURN TO FULL BUS TIMETABLE

The full bus timetable will resume on February 1:

• Check your timetable online at www.orc.govt.nz/Orbus. If you select your exact travel date you will get the day’s correct timetable, whether before or after Feb 1.
• Timetables will be going up at bus stops in the weeks after the start of February.
• Please note, there may be cancellations as we ease into the new more frequent timetable so please check the website for alerts here (click on red banner) before setting off.
• Once we’re back to normal, students can plan travel, check routes and alerts and track buses in real time more reliably on the free-to-download Transit App

USING A BEE CARD

• Fares are cheaper with a Bee Card
• They are even cheaper, when you load your child concession (5-18 year olds)
• With a Bee card and a child concession, a single trip is currently is $0.60 with the national half price fares programme which has been extended until 31st March, 2023.
• op up your Bee Card online or on the bus (with cash ONLY) from $5 upwards.
