Dropping back to Covid Alert Level 1 on Thursday was even sweeter for the Year 4 Class as it meant we could visit the Dunedin Public Art Gallery.

Our visits with Mr Nuemegen at the Dunedin Public Art Gallery are always a highlight for pupils, teachers and parents and this year's visit didn't disappoint. We were fortunate to get to explore the Ralph Hotere exhibit and discuss some of his arts works. After sharing our thoughts and listening to others' ideas about the different pieces we got to create our own artworks which used the Godwit/Kuaka works as inspiration. It was a wonderful afternoon. Thanks to the parents who helped us on this trip.
