On Friday the 24 March, a team of enthusiastic Year 6 bookworms took part in the Otago Kids Lit Quiz competition.

We were very proud of them winning the Junior section of the quiz. The team were also sixth across the entire competition and finished only seven points behind the overall winning team.

The competition was an exciting opportunity. Questions were split into ten rounds covering a range of reading genre and themes. We were proud of the practise and effort the team had put into their preparation.

Thanks to Mrs Gina Riley for transporting the children to and from the event.
