The Columba Snr A Girls team played hard every game and showed, despite their relatively young age, they were competitive in each game and a pleasure to coach.

The team really started to hit their straps late in the season, however, a quirk in the draw robbed them of a fair chance in the semis. COVID then hit and ended the season early along with our chance to make a claim for 3rd place.

Madi Loudon was the consummate leader for this group; her enthusiasm and organisation despite facing extreme adversity was a blessing to the group and was a great role model for the team.

Riley and Rachel, the two netballers who played basketball, showed they were extremely capable hoopers and made an impact on court every game.

Our Jnr girls were outstanding all season, Charli, Ryan, Amelia and Alexa: the future of Columba basketball is bright!

I want to give a massive shout out to Brett and Malc who worked hard behind the scenes and backed me up all season.
