The NZ Secondary Schools Championships were held in Hamilton over the weekend of 28-31July 2022. Columba College had two students swimming at this event who achieved some incredibly strong results against competitors from all over the Country.

In the sport of swimming, there are three main events on the calendar where they get to represent our school: Otago Secondary Schools, South Island Secondary Schools and New Zealand Secondary Schools. 

Both students gained strong results at both the Otago and South Island meets leading up to Nationals and were ready to dive into the pinnacle event on the swimming calendar.
