Year 7&8 students had a successful outing at the Ariki Cup on Wednesday 7 August.

We had 10 talented students attend the race,  all very determined to run their best over a tough 3.75km course.  

Columba cleaned up the placings in the Year 8 race Anya Rhodes won the race, Caitlin Butson placed second and  Bianca van der Haegen third.  

In the Year 7 race, Lila Rhodes won the race and Melanie Button came second.  

These fantastic results ensured Columba retained the 7&8 Girls Ariki Shield for the third year in a row.
