On Monday the Intermediate Department entered two teams in the Otago Regional Kids’ Lit Quiz and the teams did extremely well.

Our team of Alyssa Duthie (Y8), Tegen and Darcy Baldwin (Y8) and Ruby Lund (Y7) won the event and will now travel to Wellington to compete in the national finals on 7 June.

Our other team (Eleanor Wong, Jessica Mundy, Amelia Krokowski and Matilda Sutton) also did well and finished in 6= place.

This is the third consecutive year that Columba has won this event in Otago, so we hope the girls do well in Wellington and wish them all the best of luck there.
