Aliya Drake and Elloise Cameron, both of Year 8, used their own initiative to organise a sausage sizzle at Countdown Central to raise money for KidsCan.

They had a number of amazing helpers who worked in shifts from 10.00am -2.30pm and made $371.20. They were all very generous with their time and worked so hard. Mr Drake and Mr Cameron were with them for the entire sausage sizzle and said all the girls were fantastic. The girls who volunteered to help were: Aliya Drake, Elloise Cameron, Laura Sammut, Sophie Davis, Millie Procter Cindy Ryu, Koh Miyamichi, Sophia Hessian and Emily Ung.
