This year the staffing in the department remained stable, but we were delighted to welcome Ms Renner, who already knew the department well, to teach Year 9 and Year 10 German for the whole year. We also welcomed two new language assistants: for Chinese Lifang Jin from the Confucius Institute, and for French Solène de Cornulier-Lucinière from ILEP at the University of Auckland.
