On Thursday  22 June Presbyterian Support are holding their annual Octacan appeal. Octacan is an event that aims to gather and secure food for those in the community who are in need or are experiencing hardship.

Cans and other non-perishable food items can be brought to the office or to form/whānau classes anytime before Thursday the 22nd.

The form/whānau class who bring in the greatest number of cans (and other food items) will be awarded a pizza lunch. There are also house points up for grabs, with every 4 cans donated earning you one house point. Students who donate 20 items or more will receive an Octacan badge and will receive these in Assembly at the start of next term.

Weather permitting, we will arrange all the cans on the school crest, which will be drawn on the Junior School paving, before they are taken down to the Octagon.
