We are excited to introduce the 2021 Columba Academic Committee members.
The Academic Committee is a student-based group dedicated to improving the academic experience of our peers at Columba College, and making an effort to help students become more comfortable and confident in their academic endeavours. Our first few meetings have been very constructive and we are eager to see where the year will lead us!
On Monday, we sent out an Academic survey form via email to all students in the Middle and Senior Schools that focuses on their views of Columba’s academic environment, and we have received some very useful and insightful feedback. We thank all the students who filled out the form as it is very important to us that students have an opportunity to voice their opinions and we are excited to learn more about the students.
The Academic Committee is made up of a student representative from each year in the Middle and Senior Schools with Mrs Harris as our staff representative. The members were nominated by their Form Teachers and Deans and are recognised as students who are diligent, responsible and dedicated to their academic pursuits. They are:
