Dear Parents and Caregivers

The NZEI (New Zealand Educational Institute) has advised the Columba College School Board that staff who are members of the NZEI will be taking a Paid Union Meeting on the afternoon of Tuesday, 22nd November. After careful consideration, it has been decided that, due to the unavailability of staff, it would be impracticable for students in the Junior School to remain at school in the afternoon.

In this instance, students can be collected at lunchtime (12.40pm). If alternative arrangements for care cannot be made, the school will provide supervision for students who do need to remain at school during the afternoon. Please email dhope@columbacollege.school.nz to advise. Unfortunately, After School Care will also not be available on this day.

Please note that the Middle School, Years 7 – 10, will operate a full normal school day.
