Qualification - NCEA level 2

Course Outline

This course follows from any of the Level 1 Science courses. It provides a more in-depth study of the topics met during Level 1 Science. It is a good grounding for Level 3 Physics and beyond.

The topics covered include: Mechanics, Stars and Planetary Systems, Electricity and Electromagnetism.

Prerequisite

16 credits from any of the Level 1 Science courses or with approval from the HoD of Physics.
