Exeat Passes (blue slips)

Head of Schools —

No student has permission to leave the school premises during the day without the permission of the School Office given in writing.

This is given in the form of Exeat passes (blue slips) which the School Office signs and dates after entering the details of the student’s absence.

Students must show their Exeat pass ('blue slip') to their form teacher or the teacher whose class they will be absent from and hand them into the School Office when they sign out.

Students are required to sign in and out on the VisTab at the School Office.

Students should not leave class to obtain 'blue slips'. They are to be organised before school, at interval, during lunch-time or after school.
