Wednesday's Open Day saw sunshine and crowds of keen visitors at the College

Our newly formed kapa haka group, led by Tiakaka Prefect, Lucy Cowie, and Matua Price, performed to an audience for the first time and impressed us all. After speeches by Principal Mrs Duthie, Head Prefect Helen Li, Year 10 leader Imogen Harrison, and Chair of the Board of Govenors, Dr Doug Hill, our Year 7 and 8 hiphop crew, MPIRE, coached by Year 11 student, Monet Morrison, showed off their winning routine. 

We were overwhelmed by the number of people who attended, far exceeding those who had formally registered. Many thanks to staff and students for being such wonderful ambassadors for Columba.
