The weather wasn't on our side, but there was a fabulous turnout for the Junior School Takeaway evening. Parents and children poured into Solway with a range of foods and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere.

Families chattered and the children clambered over the playground. It was delightful to see new parents, staff and pupils meeting one another, people sharing holiday stories, and old friends reuniting. After all, it's the people that count and everyone was pleased to have a social chat.
