Parent Teacher Interviews for students in Years 7-13 will be held on Tuesday 30th of June for day girls and Friday 3rd of July for boarders.

Please note the booking site will close at 4pm on Monday 29th of June and will not reopen until 8am on Wednesday 1st of July. It will close again at 4pm on Thursday 2nd pf July.

Parent Teacher Interviews for boarders in Years 7–13 will be held on Friday 3rd of July from 1.30pm to 4.00pm

You will need to go onto www.schoolinterviews.co.nz to make an appointment time.

Interviews will be 5 minutes in length and will be held in the Girton building. The smooth running of our parent teacher interviews relies on all parents keeping to the timetable.  

We request that parents book only one interview time with each subject teacher. This is to allow all Years 7–13 parents the opportunity to meet teaching staff. If you need more time with a particular teacher, please arrange a separate meeting or phone call. Staff are certainly happy to do that.

Students are expected to attend interviews if possible.

Ms Riethmaier is unavailable on Friday 3rd of July. Please contact her via email at jr@columbacollege.school.nz if you would like to make a separate appointment.

Please note: school finishes at 12.40pm for Year 7–13 students on Tuesday and Friday. At this time, girls may either remain supervised in the library, attend interviews with their parents or leave to go home. It is school as usual for all other year levels.
