The Columba College Rowing Club are proud to present the new Zootie for our 2019/20 Squad to align with the design of our improved sports uniform throughout all 30 codes within the school.

The training has begun and the squad are off to a good start with both seniors and novice rowers gaining plenty of improvements and development through the quality time they have spent on the water. 

Blisters and all, this group is showing real promise leading into the upcoming season and due to the poor weather conditions of late, the team regatta competitions have been cut short unfortunately meaning there is not much to report in terms of results at this early stage.  Stay tuned in the coming months to keep track of this talented group and what they are achieving amongst this strong and high performing Columba College sport.

Special mention must go to the Rowing Teacher in Charge - Mrs Sinclair whom has dedicated 20 years of her career to Rowing at Columba College, which is beyond appreciated. We are very grateful for her involvement and to acknowledge her passion towards this sport, the rowing club has named a new boat after her called "Christie". 

The unity among Columba College sport is what we have strived for and it is clear to see which athletes are Columba College across all 30 of our sporting options. We stand out both in our playing ability and with our dress code, and above all else we compete with grace.
