Next week is Mental Health Awareness Week, which is a nationwide event. Read below to see how you can get involved both in and out of school.

Next week is National Mental Health Awareness Week. During this time, the Student Wellbeing Committee is wanting to draw attention to the many ways in which we can support ourselves and one another to reach our own Hauora (spiritual, mental, social and physical wellbeing). To achieve this, the group has arranged for an assortment of school-based activities and displays to help promote thinking and discussion. Be sure to check out some of the nationally-organised activities too, which are listed below.
