The Columba Equestrian team had their first event on Sunday 1st March at the Interschools hosted by Taieri District Pony Club at Mosgiel.

Columba Equestrian fielded a strong team of 12 riders who competed across the five divisions from 95cm to 55cm. Each rider had to complete a dressage test, three games and a jumping round. Overall the team placed 2nd just beaten by Wakatipu High School. We were supported by our fantastic parents and also by Ms Reithmaier and Mrs West who spent the day watching us.

Team members were Pippa Collins, Maia Robertson, Neve Graamans, Hannah O’Neill, Kate Henton, Pip Eason, Rhiarna Webster, Josie O’Neill, Maia Webster, Sophie Greenaway, Sienna Gestro and Harriet Byfield.
