Parent Teacher Interviews for students in Years 9 - 13 will be held on Tuesday 9 April for day girls and Friday 12 April for boarders.

Parent Teacher Interviews for day girls in Years 9 – 13 will be held as follows:

Tuesday 9 April 3.30pm to 6.00pm

Parent Teacher Interviews for boarders in Years 9 – 13 will be held as follows:

Friday 12 April 1.30pm to 4.00pm

You will need to go onto www.schoolinterviews.co.nz to make an appointment time.

Interviews will be 5 minutes in length and will be held in Constance Hall. The smooth running of our parent teacher interviews relies on all parents keeping to the timetable.  

We request that parents book only one interview time with each teacher. This is to allow all Year 9-13 parents the opportunity to meet the staff. If you need more time with a particular teacher, please arrange a separate meeting or phone call. Staff are certainly happy to do that.

Students are expected to attend interviews if possible.

Mr John Hayden and Ms Teresa Andrew are both unavailable on Friday 12 April as they will be overseas with students on the Classics trip to Europe. Please contact them via email at jhayden@columbacollege.school.nz or tandrew@columbacollege.school.nz if you would like to make a separate appointment.

Please note:  Term 1 finishes on Friday 12 April at 12.40pm for Year 9 – 13 students. At this time girls may either remain supervised in the library, attend interviews with their parents or leave to go home. It is school as usual for all other year levels.
