The year 11s are passionate cooks. So much so that one person is bringing in French baking every week now!

It all started with crêpe making for Mardi Gras celebrations. In Year 11, students are challenged to make the crêpes by following a recipe in French. No easy feat but we got there! Inspired by a recipe book during French reading time, the suggestion was made to try to make the recipes in the book...and voilà! A new tradition is born! First up was Aliya Drake who made us beautiful éclairs au chocolat from scratch. Bravo!
