We celebrate the success of two students in the recent Shakespeare Centre of NZ Ida Gaskin Arts Competition.

Congratulations to Year 13 student, Anise, who received a 'Highly Commended' in the Static Image section. Her edgy and modern poster based on Macbeth envisioned a contemporary take on this popular play. 

In the Creative Writing section, students needed to write a story that incorporated 20 lines from Shakespeare's work. Year 7 student Bridget took to the challenge, writing a delightful story titled 'Snowball's Adventure' about a spirited rooster called Snowball. Her story received an 'Honorable Mention'.
