The Year 8s have been a delight to teach for the past 12 weeks. We made sure we finished off the French language rotation well!

At the beginning of the course, the Year 8s were asked what they would like to learn. Numbers, dates, animals and food was what they came up with. So, we played battleship to practice the basics and then designed our own game around new animal vocabulary. The magic phrase from the course is "Je voudrais" - I would like. This is a very useful phrase when travelling abroad, especially when it comes to food! We brushed up on our numbers to give the correct money, learnt some cultural tips and were ready to order patisseries. A special thanks to the Tart Tin that supplied the delicious patisseries.
