Seven 3x3 courts filled the Octagon on Sunday March 1st for Basketball New Zealand’s 3x3 Quest Tour.

The weather was beautiful and the Octagon was jam-packed with sun, music and basketball. Four Year 9 Columba College students entered in the U15 grade and all of them made it to the final!

The Raptors (Ryan Dailey, Millie Mackenzie, Lucy Morrison) won a thrilling final against a strong Hot Shots team (Alexa Duff) which was unbeaten throughout the pool games.

After the 3x3, they all headed to the Edgar Centre for two hours of Basketball Otago training. A successful day filled with exercise - all is fair in love and basketball. Well done girls!
