Wednesday night saw a fierce battle of historical minds in the OUSA Common Room at Otago University.

Prof. Barbara Brookes, Assoc. Prof. Mark Seymour and a number of other academic staff hosted a good evening of challenging questions on local, national and international history. 

Despite stiff competition from Logan Park High School in particular, Columba College flew through the rounds with finesse, finishing first. This won us some lovely history books for the school library. On Your Marx is a special team in that they are in Year 12 but are all sitting History Scholarship this year to gain experience.
