2021 was a challenging year but even under trying circumstances, eight Columba students gained12 Scholarships between them. Impressively, two of those students were in Year 12

We are enormously proud of the outstanding achievements gained by students who have gained scholarships across various subjects. NZQA scholarships are awarded to approximately only 3% of students across New Zealand. Two of our Scholarship recipients were Year 12 students when they sat the scholarship examinations at the end of 2021.This is an outstanding achievement for Sophie Bowmar and Grace Johnston and worthy of celebration. 

Two scholarships were awarded to Emma Davis in Accounting and Digital Technology and a notable and very impressive four scholarships were gained by Penelope Hare in Biology, Classical Studies, English and History. Angela Fu also gained an Outstanding Scholarship in Biology, indicating that her paper was of the highest standard.
